Wow! Who wouldn't want a less-stressful life? I am not going to lie, life is stressful. It doesn't matter what or who or when we stress, it's the fact that we do.

Stress causes so many health issues: depression, sickness, eating more/less. If it gets too intense, stress can lead to more serious health problems.

Here are some ways to 'declutter' your life:
1. Exercise
2. Get a massage
3. Meditate
4. Sleep
5. Organize your life
6. Get rid of the stressors
